The Foilit process
How we work
Our process is built on expertise, quality & traceability at every stage.
DEVELOP
From initial concept to completed order, we work with you to discover what you need. We'll then use your drawings and documents to develop samples, suggest approaches and find solutions, until we can provide a quote that you can be confident in.
PRODUCTION
Our production process is based on a rigorous process of precision automated priming, gluing, foiling and trimming, followed by expert QC and traceability printing, with progress reports throughout.
FINISHING
Once they've left our foiling lines, your products are cured in our temperature controlled facility for double the standard time, before packaging, labelling and preparation for transport on stillages.
